Commission?

Im confused can i call this a commission if i commission this myself? I dont know -_-'... But i drew this for a girl who go to my school who also draws anime and in my opinion is better than i am in terms of "skill" wise because if im correct she has had formal art training when (as i said) i learned of the internet.

But that is besides the point. This is a character that she frequently draws and i would site her if i knew if she had a DeviantArt. And so i will post a link here if she does so you might be able to see what she draws because she draws really good.

(Wow looking back at what i just wrote i have have alot of run-on senteces, but am i going to fix them... no...)
